Reviews and Ratings
This hotel has a charming ambience that harks back to mid-century style, and the staff members are genuinely caring, which is a big plus. However, the hotel seems to be struggling with managing its large size, leading to some frustrating downsides like overcrowded facilities and some cleanliness issues that detracted from the overall experience.
I had a relaxing getaway at this hotel, enjoying the beautiful mountain views and the spacious room, though the dining options could use improvement. The staff were friendly and quick to address any issues, but the check-in process seemed a bit short-staffed at times. Overall, it's a great spot for a laid-back vacation, although parking fees can add up.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at the Renaissance Esmeralda. The upgrades throughout the hotel have been positive, and the recognition for Elite members is a nice touch. However, the $40 resort fee and $25 self-parking fee felt excessive and detracted from the experience. The complimentary breakfast and room upgrade were highlights, making it a value for a brief stay.
The hotel is situated in a lovely area with access to a great golf course and beautiful outdoor spaces. However, the customer service left something to be desired, especially in the restaurant and housekeeping departments. Overall, while my stay had its highlights, the issues I encountered detracted from the experience.
My stay at the hotel was largely enjoyable, with a breathtaking mountain view from my room and a relaxing pool area that provided plenty of lounge chairs. Although the staff were friendly and attentive, I encountered some service hiccups, like a lackluster breakfast variety and a rather problematic shower pressure. All in all, I found it to be a good place for a relaxing getaway, despite a few minor issues.
